1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your email address when you sign up for newsletters or create an account, business information when you register a business listing, and event submissions.

We automatically collect usage data including pages visited, browser type, device information, and IP address through analytics tools for the purpose of improving our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Send newsletters you've subscribed to
  • Display your business listing on the site
  • Process event submissions
  • Improve site functionality and content
  • Display relevant advertisements
  • Communicate about your account or listings

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies for analytics and advertising purposes. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data. Google AdSense may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google AdSense — for displaying advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your browsing history.
  • Google Analytics — for anonymous usage analytics.
  • Stripe — for payment processing (business listings). Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Resend — for email delivery (newsletters, notifications).
  • Cloudflare — for content delivery and security.
  • Amazon Associates — for product affiliate links. We earn from qualifying purchases.
  • Vivid Seats — for ticket search affiliate links.
  • SeatGeek — for ticket search affiliate links.
  • Ticketmaster — for ticket search links (pending affiliate approval).

When you click an affiliate link on our site, you may be redirected to a third-party ticketing or retail platform. These partners may use cookies to track your purchase for commission purposes. You pay the same price whether or not you use our affiliate links.

5. Ticketing & Attendee Data

When you purchase a ticket through Last Frontier Events (either on the web at /events/[slug]/buy or in our iOS app), we collect your name, email address, and the ticket types and quantities you purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Ticket sales are processed through our ticketing partner pocTickets (operated by the same team) at tickets.portofcams.com. Your QR pass and order confirmation are emailed to you.

Sharing with event organizers: when you buy a ticket to an event, the venue or event organizer running that event can view and download a list of attendees for that specific event (name, email, ticket type, and check-in status). This is the same access you'd expect any ticket platform to give a venue for their own door management. Organizers cannot see buyer data from events they are not associated with.

We do not share buyer data with third parties beyond the venue running the event you purchased a ticket to.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time, and we will remove your email from our mailing list. Business listings remain active until the business owner requests removal. Ticket purchase records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with tax and refund-dispute requirements.

7. Your Rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe via the link in any email.

8. Children's Privacy

Last Frontier Events is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
